V-SEAL Expert Recommendations:

V‑SEAL offers a variety of products to help preserve, protect, and repair basement floors and walls. Reactive penetrating sealers like our V‑SEAL 101 are great for treating the inside and outside concrete surfaces to reduce hydrostatic pressure and moisture issues through capillaries in the concrete.

Once moisture issues are under control, topical coatings like our Industra-Gloss WB or CreteFx Kits can be used for higher resistances to stains and a variety of finished appearance options.

Penetrating Sealers:
Crystallize minerals in the substrate just below the surface. V-SEAL offers sealers that are hydrophobic and oleophobic.

Topical Sealers:
Form a membrane layer over the substrate surface adding protection from moisture stains, chemicals, grease, gas, oils, and adding decorative elements such as high shine or color.
