V-SEAL Expert Recommendations:

To protect the floors of warehouses and factories all over the world, V‑SEAL recommends the combination of two main sealer categories. Penetrating sealers crystallize minerals in the substrate just below the surface and blocks moisture intrusion, controls dust, and protects floors from pallets and forklifts. Industra‑Seal 117, which can be sprayed-on or mopped-on, is the penetrating industrial floor sealer recommended by our experts. Topical floor sealers, such as CreteFx Kits help form an additional membrane layer over the substrate surface adding protection from grease, gas, and oils, as well as decorative elements such as high shine or color.

Penetrating Sealers:
Crystallize minerals in the substrate just below the surface. V-SEAL offers sealers that are hydrophobic and oleophobic.

Topical Sealers:
Form a membrane layer over the substrate surface adding protection from moisture stains, chemicals, grease, gas, oils, and adding decorative elements such as high shine or color.
