Parking garages require sealers that increase strength, repel moisture, and protect from salt, grease, oil, gasoline, and dirt without diminishing traction. A combination of concrete penetrating sealers which crystallize and strengthen mineral just below the surface, and topical concrete sealers which add a layer of protection and decorative appeal, is recommended by our experts. Concrete penetrating sealers such as V‑SEAL 101 Multi-Surface and INDUSTRA‑SEAL 117PLS are great choices.

Penetrating Sealers:
Crystallize minerals in the substrate just below the surface. V-SEAL offers sealers that are hydrophobic and oleophobic.

Topical Sealers:
Form a membrane layer over the substrate surface adding protection from moisture stains, chemicals, grease, gas, oils, and adding decorative elements such as high shine or color.
