A combination of penetrating sealers and topical coatings should be used by homeowners to protect and strengthen their garage floors. To add strength, stain repellance, and dust repellanace on smooth concrete, Industra-Seal 117A Lithium/Silicate Densifier can be sprayed or rolled on. For added protection, while maintaining a natural look on porous concrete and masonry, V‑SEAL 101 Multi-Surface Penetrating Sealer is a reliable and trusted option.

Topical sealers and coatings can deliver a wide range of finished looks, all while adding protection and lasting durability. For a beautiful, color-enhancing wet look on decorative concrete, exposed aggregate and other masonry, Industra-Gloss 350 Low is a proven option. For decorative coating options including chips, quartz, or metallic designs, the CreteFx Kits line is a versatile option.
