V-SEAL Expert Recommendations:

Shop floors continually receive wear and tear from the cars and trucks that are in and out every day. Over time, these vehicles can cause shop floors to wear down and the fluids cause floors to stain. Densifiers/Hardeners, such as Industra-Seal 117A, help strengthen the surface of shop floors while blocking surface and subterranean moisture.

In addition, Topical Sealers help form a membrane layer over the substrate surface adding protection from stains, grease, gas and oils.

Penetrating Sealers:
Crystallize minerals in the substrate just below the surface. V-SEAL offers sealers that are hydrophobic and oleophobic.

Topical Sealers:
Form a membrane layer over the substrate surface adding protection from moisture stains, chemicals, grease, gas, oils, and adding decorative elements such as high shine or color.
